The Rocky Waste is the first outdoor area in Act 2, located right outside of Lut Gholein. A narrow road leads further into the Dry Hills.
Somewhere in the area is an entrance to the Stony Tomb, an optional dungeon which leads to Island of the Sunless Sea on Hell difficulty.
