Phantasm of Terror is the second part of the Yshari Sanctum uberlevel complex, accessible from the Dream of Anguish and leads to the Figment of Pain. On Destruction difficulty, the main boss Al'Diabalos and the Chimera sub-bosses have a chance to drop Nor Tiraj's Safeguard and Zoltun's Gauntlets respectively, parts of the two sets required to fight Valthek, the Vizjerei Sorcerer, the final boss of Yshari Sanctum.
