Nihlathak's Temple is a small area accessed from a red portal opened by talking to Anya for the first time in Harrogath. The red portal will remain open unless a player activates the Halls of Pain waypoint and kills Nihlathak. This area's only inhabitants are a pack of Knights of War led by Pindleskin, which guard the stairs down to the Halls of Anguish.
