The Infernal Cave is a small dungeon accessed from the Pit, an optional area in Act I (only on Hell difficulty). At the bottom of the room is the Infernal Machine, an uberboss that spawns Rot Walkers. Upon destruction, it drops the charm Optical Detector. A line of Hollow Sentinels guard the path to the boss. In addition, there's a golden chest on the right side of the room.
