Caldeum is a secondary town in Act III, accessed through the portal that appears at the death of the The Vizier. Alongside the Torajan Jungles, it serves as a hub for uberquests located in Act III.

Next to Caldeum is the Caldeum Library, an outdoor area that contains the entrance to the Specter of Hatred and the super unique monster Kentril Dumon, who opens a portal to the Vizjerei Temple upon death.
