Hello folks. Can someone explain to me please how life stolen per hits works? If works, cause in my opinion it doesnt atm. I have 5% life stolen per hit, and like 30hp per kill, but it seems it only hp per kill works.

I have an icebird throwing knife that a friend lvled up for me to get +13 to maelstrom but when he gave it to me I got +3 to maelstrom. Keep in mind he was a druid. We tested a bit here and there and non-assassin classes got +13 whereas assassins got +3 . Is that a bug or did devs purposefully do that to nerf the item? I just wanna be sure lol
